INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

We are pleased that you are considering submitting your manuscript to our journal. Below, you will find essential guidelines and requirements for submitting your work. Please review this information carefully to ensure a smooth submission process
1. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be original, unpublished work and not under consideration elsewhere. Format your manuscript according to APA 7th Edition style guide, which includes specific requirements for citations and references.

2. Submission Process

Submit your manuscript via our online submission system or through the specific Journal Email. Ensure that all required documents, including figures, tables, and supplementary materials, are included and correctly formatted. Your work should be formatted in an A4 seize.

3. Peer Review

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Reviewers will assess the quality, originality, and relevance of your work. You will receive feedback from reviewers, which may include requests for revisions. Please address these comments thoroughly and resubmit your revised manuscript by the provided deadline.

4. Ethical Considerations

Adhere to ethical standards in research and publication, including proper citation of sources and obtaining necessary permissions for copyrighted material. Declare any potential conflicts of interest and provide information on funding sources.

5. Publication Fees

For Nigerian Authors: #5, 000 for Vetting process and #20,000 for publication fee. For Foreign Authors: $75

REVIEW AND SUBMISSION PROCESS

At CAS Journals, we strive to ensure a rigorous and fair review process for all submitted manuscripts. Below, we outline the key steps involved in the review and submission process to help you navigate it efficiently.
1. Manuscript Submission

Online Submission: Submit your manuscript through our online submission system or through the specific Journal Email. Ensure that you complete all required fields and upload all necessary documents, including the manuscript, cover letter, figures, and tables.

Initial Assessment: Upon receipt, our editorial team will conduct an initial assessment to determine if your manuscript fits within the scope of our journal and meets our guidelines after which will send you an Acknowledgement Receipt.

2. Peer Review Process

Assignment to Reviewers: Submit your manuscript through our online submission system or through the specific Journal Email. Ensure that you complete all required fields and upload all necessary documents, including the manuscript, cover letter, figures, and tables.

Reviewer Evaluation: Upon receipt, our editorial team will conduct an initial assessment to determine if your manuscript fits within the scope of our journal and meets our guidelines after which will send you an Acknowledgement Receipt.

Reviewer Recommendations: Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the editorial team will decide whether to accept, reject, or request revisions to your manuscript. The possible decisions are:

  • Accept: The manuscript is accepted as-is.
  • Minor Revisions: The manuscript requires minor changes, and the author will need to address specific feedback before final acceptance.
  • Major Revisions: Substantial revisions are needed. The author must make significant changes and resubmit the manuscript for further review.
  • Reject: The manuscript is not suitable for publication in its current form or does not align with the journal’s scope.
3. Revision and Resubmission

Revised Manuscript: If revisions are requested, submit the revised manuscript along with a detailed response to the reviewers' comments. Highlight the changes made to address their feedback.

Further Review: The revised manuscript may be sent back to the original reviewers or new reviewers for additional evaluation. This step ensures that all concerns have been adequately addressed.

Reviewer Recommendations: Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the editorial team will decide whether to accept, reject, or request revisions to your manuscript. The possible decisions are:

4. Final Decision

Editorial Decision: After reviewing the revised manuscript and reviewer feedback, the editorial team will make a final decision. You will receive notification of the decision, along with any further instructions if applicable.

Publication: Upon acceptance, your manuscript will proceed to the production phase. You will be provided with proofs to review and approve before publication.

5. Post-Publication

Article Tracking: Once published, your article will be available online through our journal’s website and on Google Scholar Index. You will receive notification regarding its publication and any relevant updates.
